Zoo

Well, it's late on Fri night and I tried to go to bed early, but I am missing my "on call" husband and thought I would post about our trip to the zoo! We have a great zoo here and it's free, so it's nice to just drop by for an hour or so without feeling like we have to see everything at once. Our pictures didn't come out that great, but here they are:
Baby tiger
Leopard
Not sure what he's looking at...
Our little B...
Run Bryson! Can you see the sticks in his hands? He loves sticks and usually has one nearby.
A heron and a crane.

So there you have it! My favorite part was getting to see the five baby tigers! When I go the zoo I am reminded how creative God is. While evolotion says we are all random and have no ultimate purpose, Creation says we are all uniquely designed and eternally significant! I was reminded how important our time here on earth is... and how it does matter for all eternity. I am so thankful to personally know the God who created me, one who wants to have an intimate relationship with me! -A

was there in the recent month or so and I too LOVED the baby tigers. Asher's last Tuesday with "Byson" is this week. (well until I have the baby, and then he may visit while we are out on maternity) He will miss his friend.

I loved the zoo when Matt and I visited St. Louis in 2007. Other than the Memphis zoo, it was the first BIG zoo I had ever been to. It did not disappoint! St. Louis is a great city to visit because so many things are free!
