Tonight, I was just reflecting on the goodness and faithfulness of our God. My family recently got together here in STL and we were able to collectively be thankful for where He has brought us as a family...and where He is taking us.
He has so much for us. What a privilege to live as His people and to be changed (and ever changing) by His grace. He has, by His own blood, made us part of His family. The God...the Creator, Sustainer and King of all. The Lord Jesus humbled Himself to become a man so that we could be His children by trusting in the sacrifice of His own body. My brother is fond of saying "The Son of God became the Son of Man so that the sons of men could become the sons of God." I am His child...and He is my Heavenly Father. What a privilege to be a part of His family...to realize my family is in His hands. What gratitude and joy fills my heart....
