Rare movie review/comment
You may have heard about the new movie coming out, "The Golden Compass." Its cast is comprised of several major actors and it appears poised to be a popular film. However, it has a message which is directly opposed to historical Christianity. A friend sent me the link to an article on Al Mohler's blog. In case you don't know, Mohler is a well-read, seminary president and a conservative voice of the Southern Baptists. His comments are well processed and deliver a good response to the movie. I have also been concerned about this movie since seeing a segment about it on the Factor. I was disappointed because it is of a genre we usually favor. Thanks for helping to get the word out that this movie is something to be informed about
