Happy Labor Day! My husband is definitely "laboring" today, as he is on duty at LeBonheur children's hospital here in Memphis. I have had a great time looking at different "blogspots" though, as it helps me to feel connected even though I often feel far away from my friends and family! The Lord gave a verse tonight that I will share:
"Come let us walk in the light of the LORD" Isaiah 2:5
It was an admonition to the people of Israel to turn from their sin and pursue the God that they had left for idols. I have found it to be an encouraging challege for me to "come" and "walk" with the One who loves me, never leaves me, and guides me with His light.
