hot in Memphis

It's hot here (100 today), but lately its been hot throughout much of the nation. Record setting temps in much of Oklahoma - kinda reminds some people of 1980 (not that I remember - I was one year old for most of that year).

Today we had our air conditioning system worked on - what great timing. Anna was kind to stay at home all day with the repairman while he struggled to make appropriate changes to the chaotic system, constructed over the years, that caused our AC drain to back up. It was a most-of-the-day affair: 830 to 300. When I got back from work/school Anna was almost a puddle in the floor since it was 90 degrees in the house. Thankfully, order has now been restored to our system and we should be good to go for future summers.

This past weekend we went to a wedding in Jefferson City, MO for one of the guys who sang at our wedding. I've attached a couple of photos of folks from that event. We dropped by camp and stayed Saturday night and Sunday morning. We were glad to get a chance to see folks at both venues.
