Today was orginally designated "Decoration Day" - a day set aside to decorate the graves of veterans from the Civil War - back in the 1880s. Now we honor veterans of all wars who have given so much that we might be enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
On a completely different note, life here is always interesting...especially lately. I'm not making any commentary on these two news items, just letting you judge for yourselves...
