Up late tonight

Normally, I'm not up this late, but I'm having to load programs on my PDA (personal digital assistant, aka "a Palm Pilot") for a required class tomorrow and it's taking awhile. Why is it that your whole body aches when you are tired? Or is that just me? I can't imagine trying to take care of a patient feeling like this, but that will soon be a reality when I'm on the obstetrics service during the month of July.
