3rd year of med school

I begin my third year of medical school next week- difficult to believe. My class currently awaiting my board scores from the USMLE Step I which I took about a week and a half ago. This score largely determines my competiveness for different residency programs. This week is filled with primers on clinical skills such as venipuncture, EKGs, and the like.

The picture below is just for your perusal. It's a light micrograph of an artery (in the superior portion of the image) and a vein (inferior). If you look carefully, you can see the lining endothelium of the vessel and the cells in its interior. What an amazing God we have who makes our bodies so complex, so intricate, so efficient and so beautiful.
